I LOVE your raglan increases, and am going to share this idea with my sweater-making friends as well. So pretty.

Oooh those eyelets in your raglan sweater are gorgeous, as is the shade of pink! So good you are mending well.

Thanks, Jodie. I've blocked the pink sweater now, and those eyelets are a really sweet detail in an otherwise plain sweater.

Best sweater advice. And both those designs are lovely. 🩷

The Fireside pullover is lovely. I like the brick stack effect in the design. Nice to know you appreciate eye candy with your knee therapy. Here, we are facing more of the "what's a sweater?" desert heat.

Thanks, Mom! As you know, a little eye candy never hurts.

Glad to hear that you are healing and that your PT is "easy on the eyes" :-) Your sweaters are lovely, and I appreciate the encouragement to go rogue. I hope Helene has mostly fizzled out by the time it reaches you. We are only about 20-30 miles inland from where the hurricane is expected to make landfall. We're prepared but I'm nervous. Hermine made landfall in roughly the same place in 2016. That was bad enough and it was "only" a Cat 1 :-(

Please, please stay safe. Helene is a monster.

Yes, she was/is a monster. Our county was very lucky. Helene tilted to the east just enough that we suffered less than we did with Hermine. But I feel for the other counties like Taylor that have had three hurricanes in the past two years, and also for all the folks north of us. I hope you're okay. All of my friends and family in the Carolinas and Tennessee have reported that they are fine, but so many people are not :-(

I'm so glad you came through OK. I'm high and dry here, but I feel for the mountain communities which were innundated. Rebuilding infrastructure and restoring essential services will not be a speedy process.

I was thinking about you, Sandi, and so glad you are okay after Helene. What a beast.

Good to hear that you are healing and that you like your physical therapist. That can make such a difference in getting to those sessions.

Love what you did with your 'fanning eyelet raglan'. Thanks for the close-up and sharing the details of how you created it. Very attractive!

Living in Texas makes sweater dressing a bit of a challeng. The weather here changes all the time and we also deal with air conditioning. My goal going forward is to make a lot of shawls for my friends and do a super simple sweaters for myself. I also want a basic fisherman rib, brioche type sweater. I would like a cardigan and pullover. Lastly I want to use up all my leftovers in a sort of Gaffe type sweater it might be stripes or just little blocks of colors. We will see when happens.
